|SUNWING EXPANDS WINTER CRUISE COLLECTION|
|Tour operator teams up with Norwegian Cruise Lines, Disney Cruise Line and MSC Cruises for new itineraries|
Along with its MSC Poesia offer, this season, Sunwing will be offering the Norwegian Epic sailing from Miami, as well as the Disney Cruise Line with sailings aboard the Disney Dream and Disney Fantasy from Port Canaveral and the Disney Wonder from Miami. |
Back for the fourth year with Sunwing, the MSC Poesia includes a 12,000 square foot spa; a sushi bar complete with a Zen garden; a tennis court; 11 bars, five restaurants, two pools and seven whirlpools; and a gym.
The MSC Poesia accommodates up to 2,550 guests and offers activities for kids and teens from three to 17. Also, children 11 years old and under sail for free when sharing a stateroom with two full fare paying guests.
The MSC Poesia sails primarily on two alternating one-week cruises from Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. The Eastern Caribbean Enchantment itinerary visits St. Maarten, San Juan, and Nassau, with three days spent at sea, while the Western Caribbean Wonders itinerary features stops at Cozumel, Roatan, Georgetown, and Falmouth, with two days at sea. Baseball and holiday sailing theme cruises are also available on select dates.
Continuing its partnership with Norwegian Cruise Line, Sunwing will be offering the Norwegian Epic for the winter season. The ship features 21 dining choices; 20 bars and lounges; a spa and fitness centre; a casino; and different activities and entertainment.
Miami sailings are offered on Saturdays from Dec. 22, 2012 to Mar. 9, 2013 with an Eastern Caribbean itinerary, which includes visits to St. Maarten, St. Thomas, and Nassau with three days at sea.
Sunwing is also introducing Disney Cruise Line to its cruise program. Disney Dream and Disney Fantasy sailings depart from Port Canaveral for three-, four- and seven-night itineraries, while Disney Wonder sailings depart Miami on four- and five-night itineraries.
Sunwing has packaged the MSC Poesia and the Norwegian Epic with flights direct from Toronto, Montreal, and Quebec City to Ft Lauderdale on Saturdays, with transfers to and from the departure port in Ft Lauderdale and Miami.
Disney Cruise Line itineraries will be sold as cruise only.
