| A SURPRISE VISIT FROM GOWAY | |
 |
| Goway Team: Shirley Rourke, wholesale manager, Eastern Canada & U.S.; Skippy the kangaroo and Meg Boyd, product manager, South Pacific |
|
Yesterday morning Shirley Rourke, wholesale manager, Eastern Canada & U.S.; Meg Boyd, product manager, South Pacific, and a special guest, Skippy the kangaroo stopped by the TRAVELHotNews.com office to promote Goway's Downunder product.
The team wanted to highlight the reasons why no other tour operator “does” Down Under like Goway.
October is Sell Downunder Month for the company and it wants agents to be aware of some of its offers. For example, the tour operator features long stay, winter escapes to Australia, New Zealand, Fiji or the Cook Islands; it has 35 different itineraries in Australia and New Zealand; small group, first class touring; boutique and expedition cruises; and road tripping by motor home, to name a few.
As part of the promotion, Goway has launched a new incentive for agents: they can earn up to $50 per couple when they book travel for Down Under.
