In response to the popularity of its online sales training launched in 2011, Transat Distribution Canada has added two more modules: Revenue Opportunities and Professional Fees.
Revenue Opportunities teaches travel professionals how to maximize their revenue and Professional Fees presents the value of the professional travel consultant in relation to a service fee.
“We know that education is paramount for the professional travel consultant and our members continue to engage at every level with training provided by TDC. Last year, we had over 6,000 training interactions with our members ranging from weeklong training academies to webinars and classrooms. Every one of our educational events is sold out because members see the results,” said Yves Lalumière, president, TDC.
With the addition of these two new e-learning modules, TDC now offers 10 subjects to its members.
