Anas Araznajani has been charged with one count of operating as a travel agent without registration contrary to section 4(1)(a) of the Ontario Travel Industry Act, 2002.
Araznajani is a partner of a travel registrant, Business Travel Management whose registration terminated on March 31, 2012. Araznajani continued to operate in Mississauga and Milton after his registration under the Act was terminated.
The first court appearance is scheduled for Nov. 6, 2012 at 9 a.m. at the Ontario Court of Justice, 5 Ray Lawson Blvd., Brampton, Ont.
