SUNWING TO CONTINUE KITCHENER FLIGHTS AND PACKAGES
Sunwing will continue to offer flights and vacation packages from Kitchener to Punta Cana, Dominican Republic for the 2012-2013 season.

"We are thrilled to have Sunwing Airlines back in the Waterloo Region," said Chris Wood, general manager, Region of Waterloo International Airport.

"Residents have come to expect a stress-free beginning and end to their Dominican Republic vacation from the Region of Waterloo International Airport," he said. "Along with low cost parking, passengers enjoy a quick check in, breeze through our efficient security screening, and get home before they could find their cars at other airports."

"We're pleased to continue offering flights from Kitchener," said Andrew Dawson, president of tour operations, Sunwing. "Our customers have expressed their appreciation for the convenience of travelling from their local airport, as well as the excellent service they experience on our Sunwing Airlines flights, and we're very proud to be able to meet the vacation needs of so many Canadians."

Sunwing currently operates out of 33 Canadian gateways, including Kitchener, with several vacation options offered.
