Shelley D’Angelo o/a Contessa Vacations has been convicted on one count of operating as a travel agent without registration, contrary to section 4(1)(a) of the Ontario Travel Industry Act, 2002.

D’Angelo o/a Contessa Vacations operated in the city of Toronto and elsewhere in Ontario.

D’Angelo was fined $1,500 and paid $1,100 in restitution to a consumer.
