Trafalgar has announced that for every 2013 group booking of 20 guests or more, agencies will earn a $500 bonus commission.
A group of five to eight guests travelling together on a standard brochure departure will receive a discount of five per cent per person applied to the land portion of their vacation. For a group of nine or more guests travelling together, one traveller qualifies for a 50 per cent discount off the land-only portion of their vacation. For a group of 16 or more guests, one traveller qualifies for 100 per cent discount off the land-only portion.
These savings can be combined Trafalgar’s full range of brochure discounts, such as Early Payment, Frequent Traveler and Second Vacation discounts.
A Customized Group booking allows groups of 20 or more clients to design their own Trafalgar vacation with flexible itineraries and departure dates. Agents and clients can work together to decide on the duration, the destinations, departure date, standard of hotels, number of included meals and activities.
