Cynthia Kropp, executive vice president, marketing and business development, ABC Global Services, said that the company comes out into the marketplace to encourage its customers to network with vendors.
“[I hope visitors get] a better understanding of the products and services that they subscribe to,” she said. “[I hope they also establish] relationships with vendors so that they are more aware and comfortable with who they work with and who they have access to. Relationships are the foundations of so many things that we do, so I think that if an agency needs a representative from a local property, they [need to] feel comfortable in knowing about that property.”

“We have a very good business relationship [with ABC] and they encouraged us to come here and meet all the suppliers that they work with,” he said. “[ACTA is] here talking with the various hotels and suppliers because we have many that support our ID card program...and there’s some properties that should be on our ID card that want to get publicity.”
