Hilan Oraha o/a Dolphin Travel has been charged with one count of failing to maintain trust accounts contrary to section 27 of Regulation 26/05 made under the Ontario Travel Industry Act, 2002.
Hilan Oraha o/a Dolphin Travel has also been charged with two counts of operating as a travel agent without registration contrary to section 4(1) (a) of the Ontario Travel Industry Act, 2002.
Hilan Oraha o/a Dolphin Travel‘s registration under the Travel Industry Act, 2002 was terminated on Feb. 15, 2012. Oraha continued to operate as Dolphin Travel after her registration was terminated. Oraha operated in Toronto and elsewhere in Ontario.
The first court appearance is scheduled for Sept. 13, 2012 at 9 a.m. at the Ontario Court of Justice.
