In order to meet the ever-growing requests we have received for event photographs, and in order to satisfy our clients’ needs, it is now possible to purchase photos taken at selected events.

ACT Communications Inc./Logimonde Inc. retains ownership of the copyrighted images; however, we have established an agreement with our photographers that we must notify and compensate them for the use of photos requested by our clients.

Therefore, for every photo requested, the following fee(s) must be paid before the original photo can be downloaded. All purchases can be made via credit card.

Photo event pricing includes:

• 1 photo: $15, plus taxes
• 5-9 photos: $13 each, plus taxes
• 10-14 photos: $12 each, plus taxes
• 15+ photos: $10 each, plus taxes

ACT Communications Inc. /Logimonde Inc. retains the ownership of all image copyrights taken by their photographers, but will allow usage of these images for internal use at your company upon full receipt of payment.

Terms and Conditions for use of photographs:

• Photos are to be used for internal usage only.
• Photos may not be used with the intention of forwarding them to any other media.
• Photos may not be used for advertising or commercial purposes.

Any failure to act in accordance with this agreement, will be acting in direct violation of civil copyright laws, and subject to penalty, fine or legal action.
