RULES AND REGULATIONS
Dates:
The contest will begin on June 16, 2008 and will end on July 27, 2008.
How to Participate:
To win you must be a retail travel agent in Canada.
Complete the online contest form at www.TRAVELHotNews.com and submit up to three (3) travel photo(s) (digital format only) to the snapshots contest before July 14, 2008.
All pictures must be the original work of the applicant.
Pictures can be on any subject, but must include a travel related theme.
All pictures received will appear in our National Holiday Snapshots Contest Online Photo Album section of TRAVELHotNews.com. Images must conform to contest stipulations.
TRAVELHotNews.com reserves the right to refuse publication of any image it deems inappropriate or does not adhere to the rules.
Only digital photos sent by email will be accepted.
Prize:
The prize is one (1) trip for two to Grand Sunset Princess in Riviera Maya, Mexico a value of $2362, tax included.
Voting Procedures:
Readers of TRAVELHotNews.com will be invited to vote online for their favourite image between July 14, 2008 and July 27, 2008.
Winning Announcement:
The grand prize winner will be announced in TRAVELHotNews.com on July 28, 2008.
Photo Exhibition:
Photos will be displayed in the Photo Gallery of TRAVELHotNews.com.
All approved images will be published in the magazine.

- The prize must be taken as awarded (no substitutions will be allowed).
- The prize is non-transferable and has no cash value.
- The grand prize winner must complete their travel between August 1, 2008 and June 30, 2009. No extensions to this «complete travel before» date will be permitted.???
- Travel dates selected are subject to black-out dates including, but not limited to black out dates: December 20, 2008- January 07, 2009; March Break 2009; Easter 200
- Travel dates may vary for each gateway and are subject to change without notice. Please visit www.sunwing.ca for each gateway’s schedule.
Submitted images are the responsibility of the photographer and must conform to current laws and publishing rights. All submitted photos must be free of any restrictions. Contest organizers cannot be held responsible for any dispute or contention regarding copyrights or other related rights.
By submitting images to our Holiday Snapshot Contest 3 you give TRAVELHotNews.com the legal right to use and publish your submitted materials for future advertising, promotion and other electronic or print campaigns. You also acknowledge that the image was taken by you, and that any identifiable persons in your images have approved your submission to this contest. Participants must be 21 years of age or older.
By entering the contest and agreeing to our terms and conditions, the winners confirm their eligibility and compliance with the contest rules and release TRAVELHotNews.com and its partners and affiliates from all liability caused by, or resulting from, the acceptance or use of the contest prize.
This contest is open to all travel agents actively working in the industry, in Canada, who are not an employee of, a member of the immediate family of, or domiciled with, an employee of Logimonde Inc. and Sunwing vacations.
Prior winners of THN Holiday Snapshots are not eligible to win the grand prize award or any runner-up awards.
TRAVELHotNews.com assumes no responsibility for lost, stolen, delayed, damaged, or misdirected entries, or for any failure of the website during this contest, for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, services, access providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received by TRAVELHotNews.com on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet or the website or any combination thereof including any injury or damage to an entrant’s, or any other person’s computer, related to, or resulting from, playing or downloading any material in the promotion.

Schedule:
