TRAVEL AGENTS TOUR "EXOTIK" TUNISIA

35 Ontario agents find new sales potential in a well established destination that is already well-known to Quebec agents and clients.
Exotik Tours, one of the leading tour operators in Quebec with special expertise in Asia, Europe and the Mediterranean countries, has recently expanded to offer its products across Canada. In November, the company organized a fam trip to introduce 35 Ontario agents to Tunisia - a familiar destination to Quebec clients but practically unknown to travellers in the rest of the country. Exotik launched a full Tunisia brochure - Tunisia, My Winter Home - to support sales efforts to the well-developed resort areas and cultural attractions in the North African nation.

Air Namibia Launches New Routes
Air Namibia, which has opened a Toronto office, has launched a direct service between Windhoek, Namibia and London Gatwick, operating three times a week. The new route was introduced in response to Namibia's growing popularity as a travel destination. Two Airbus A340-300 jetliners recently added to its fleet will be used on the route.

ATLANTIC AMERICAN EXPRESS JOINS MARITIME TRAVEL
Maritime Travel has announced the acquisition of Atlantic American Express Travel Services. The 13 new locations will be known as Maritime Travel and their operations will join Maritime Travel's 75 locations across Canada. Atlantic American Express includes five branches in Nova Scotia (Halifax, Bridgetown, North Sydney, Truro, and Glace Bay), six in New Brunswick (Campbellton, Edmundston, Moncton, Saint John, Fredericton, and St. Stephen) and two in Prince Edward Island (Charlottetown and Summerside).
