| FUN SUN CELEBRATES HALF CENTURY |
|
Fun Sun Vacations celebrated its milestone 50th birthday with nostalgia and news, launching its Sun Book and fall/winter product in Toronto last night. Following a frenetic supplier trade show, Bruce Lidberg, Director of Sales, hosted a presentation that included a video retrospective of the Canadian travel trade success story started by John Bruisma in Picture Butte, Alberta in 1956. As the company evolved and grew, it remained a family business through two generations until last year when TriWest Capital Management purchased a majority share and Chris Amundson was named president. Now Fun Sun employs more than 250 people and continues to expand its destinations, services and benefits for travel agents. Read on for the highlights.

| CARNIVAL LAUNCHES EUROPE 2006 |

Carnival Liberty, the recently commissioned 110,000-ton premium-market Mega ship that went into service in July, will sail the Mediterranean from April to November, 2006. In its Europe 2006 brochure, Carnival announces 12-day Grand Mediterranean cruises from Rome with port calls in Naples, Dubrovnik, Venice, Messina, Barcelona, Cannes and Livorno; a 14-day transatlantic voyage from Ft. Lauderdale to Rome departing April 23, 2006 calling at St. Maarten, Funchal, Madeira, Malaga and Livorno; and a 16-day transatlantic from Rome to Ft. Lauderdale departing November 3, 2006 with stops in Barcelona, Palma de Mallorca, Malaga, Funchal, Madeira and St. Maarten. |

| IATA BOOSTS AIRLINE LOSS ESTIMATE |
|
The International Air Transport Association (IATA) has announced a revised industry loss forecast of $7.4 billion US for the world's airlines this year in the light of skyrocketing oil prices. The agency said Monday the revised forecast is based on an average oil price over the 12 months of 2005 of $57 US per barrel. In May IATA issued a loss forecast of $6 billion based on an average price of oil at $47 per barrel. “Oil is once again robbing the industry of a return to profitability,” said Giovanni Bisignani, IATA's director general and CEO. Bisignani said each dollar added to the price of a barrel of oil adds $1 billion in costs to the industry.

DELTA NEARS BANKRUPTCY Delta Air Lines Inc., the third-largest U.S. carrier, plans to file for bankruptcy protection in New York as early as Wednesday, according to an industry consultant who has been informed of the company's plans. The consultant, who was not authorized to disclose the information and thus spoke on condition of anonymity, said Delta is working with GE Commercial Finance and other creditors to arrange roughly $2 billion US in debtor-in-possession financing. The money would allow the airline to operate in bankruptcy. |
