"It's been almost 20 years since my last fam trip," said Marianne Bradshaw, who works for Trek Holidays, "so when Jacques Malaspina from Malaysia Airlines invited me to join the trip to Borneo, Malaysia and Thailand, I jumped on the opportunity." She reported that the trip, which was co-hosted by Kayla Schubert of the Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) and took in Sabah-Borneo, Bangkok,  Phuket, and Kuala Lumpur, was an opportunity to visit places she had not been to before, check out some golf courses and see first hand that Phuket is back in business. "Everything - from the flights in business class, the hotels, the first class ground operators, to the restaurants - was first class."
ENCORE CRUISES CLOSES FOR SYSTEM CONVERSION OCTOBER 14 & 15
Encore's new operating system, Navigator, is scheduled to Go Live on Monday, October 17. In order for Encore personnel to facilitate the conversion from its current system, revised office hours will be in effect from Thursday, October 13 through Saturday October 15.

highlight the reintroduction of its non-stop service from Vancouver to Palm Springs on November 20. Harmony originally started Vancouver-Palm Springs service last winter as a seasonal route due to demand for PSP in winter versus summer, said Marie Rogers, Manager, Corporate Communications, adding,  "we had excellent response to this route last winter so planned to reintroduce it this fall. Palm Springs is part of our regular winter schedule and we anticipate the same for next year."
