Sunquest has extended its Diamond Offer to winter Caribbean cruising aboard Costa Cruises' Costa Magica and Costa Mediterranea and added a Free Water & Wine package. In addition, Sunquest and Costa are also implementing a Kids Soda Card, whereby kids get unlimited fountain drinks for the duration of the cruise at a cost of just $30 Cdn per child. The card must be reserved at time of booking. Price reductions are also available for Categories 1, 2 and 4 on the Costa Magica and Categories 1, 2 and 5 on Costa Mediterranea. COMPONENT-BASED PACKAGES FROM AIR CANADA VACATIONS
Air Canada Vacations is introducing flexible, component-based packages to Bermuda, Florida and Hawaii. Effective on departures November 7, 2005 onward, pre-bundled or ITC (Inclusive Tour Charter) packages (air, hotel, transfers/car) to Bermuda, Florida (Fort Lauderdale, Fort Myers, Miami, Orlando, St. Pete/Clearwater Beach, Tampa) and Hawaii (Kailua/Kona, Maui, Honolulu) will no longer be offered as a pre package option. Any component (hotel or air) can be booked separately to create a flexible and customized vacation. As per contractual agreement, commissionable rates remain status quo: Land-only (including transfers and rental cars) is commissionable at a rate of 10 per cent. Air-only is commissionable at nine per cent.

VOYAGES OF THE PACIFIC, HOLLAND AMERICA

Holland America Line ships will trace figure eights on 20 sailings around the islands of the Pacific. Hawaii and Tahiti headline the itineraries of the Voyages of the Pacific brochure, slated for release late this month. Twelve cruises are on offer during winter, spring and fall of 2006, and eight sailings are scheduled for winter and spring of 2007 with fall and winter dates still to be announced.
