KING CONDEMNS ATTACKS
His Majesty King Abdullah II has condemned the terrorist attacks in Amman on Wednesday evening claiming lives of innocent people and wounding others. In a Royal Court Statement issued yesterday, the King described the terrorist blasts targeting three hotels in Amman as "criminal acts perpetrated by a misled and misleading group." Jordan will remain a secure and stable country and these terrorist operations can never represent the Jordanian values, His Majesty said.

AIR CANADA REKINDLES BOEING ORDER
Air Canada 787 and 777
Air Canada's parent has concluded an agreement to buy dozens of new Boeing jets to revitalize its aging fleet with more fuel-efficient planes capable of supporting the airline's expansion plans, the company said yesterday. ACE Aviation Holdings Inc. said the current agreement includes firm orders for 18 Boeing 777s and firm orders for 14 Boeing 787 Dreamliners plus options to purchase dozens more of each plane.

FLIGHT CENTRE TOPS 50 STORES IN BRITISH COLUMBIA
Flight Centre has recently opened its 50th and 51st stores in British Columbia. Number 50, located at Kensington Square in Burnaby, went on stream October 28 and is managed by Jolene Johnson. Number 51 opened on Commercial Drive in Vancouver, November 1, with Kelly Parkinson at the helm. Working with professional truffle hunter Stelvio Casetta, Bobo spent forty-five minutes uncovering the aromatic fungi in St. James Cathedral Park in Toronto as part of an event sponsored by the Italian Tourist Board and the regional chamber of commerce for the Piemonte province of Cuneo.
