| NewAir & Tours will be based in Calgary | | Four ex-WestJet executives are set to launch NewAir, a new Canadian airline based in Calgary. The group is led by the co-founder of WestJet, Tim Morgan. The airline will target Canadians in smaller regional centres, focusing on charter business, and is speculated to begin operating in Western Canada to start. Others involved in the airline include William Lamberton, former VP of marketing for WestJet, Gareth Davies, former VP of technical services and Alan Mann, a former accounting executive at WestJet. NewAir’s service could begin as early as spring 2008.

| Barceló opens Oviedo Cervantes in Asturias, Spain |

Newly opened luxury 72-room hotel offers historical façade and design-conscious interior
Barceló Hotels & Resorts has announced the grand opening of the 72 guest room luxury Barceló Oviedo Cervantes Hotel in Spain. The hotel, which is located in a historic building dating to 1915, is being operated as a Barceló Premium Brand hotel, providing upscale service and amenities. The Asturias region of Spain is popular for both tourism and business travel. The hotel is owned by the Arboleya Group and centrally located on Calle Cervantes, and adjacent to the world-class Campoamor Theater. Its façade is typical of a traditional Asturian ‘casona’ (mansion) and stands in contrast with its minimalist interior. The hotel also includes 12 meeting rooms that can accommodate up to 200 people. There are two restaurants including a buffet-style casual dining restaurant, and a gourmet Asturian-style restaurant specializing in fish and seafood from the Cantabrian Sea.
