According to the rules of polite society, it’s ‘ladies first’, and we begin today with the only woman in the threesome. Lina De Cesare was the first of the three to join Tourbec in 1976. She had always planned on working in the travel industry but not just anywhere. She wanted to work for Tourbec! “I wanted to work for Tourbec and nowhere else. I had three interviews with them, the last two when I was using crutches and had to climb to the second floor to reach their offices!” she recalls. “I never wanted anything other than to be in that field.”

Air Canada Vacations & Toronto Fire Services Return from Double Charitable Mission to St. Lucia and Barbados

| Zeina Gedeon, President/CEO of ACV; Jim Shelton, Deputy Chief, Toronto Fire Services; Sophy Khwaja, ACV Communications Manager; Sean Pearce, Toronto Fire Services Executive Officer; Nino Montagnese at a St. Lucia school with principal and St. Lucia fire officers | | Air Canada Vacations, in partnership with Toronto Fire Services recently presented a donation of firefighting gear and equipment to both St. Lucia and Barbados Fire Services. Both companies also donated fire safety curriculum and school supplies to a several local area schools as part of a special double charitable mission, valued over CAD$200,000 combined.

The event was held June 28, 2007 at the Host Restaurant in Toronto. ATOURZ hosted a similar event in Richmond Hill on June 21, and will conclude with a Mississauga event on July 5th.

| ACTA APPOINTS NEW DIRECTOR |

| Alexander Surca | | Alexander Surca, new Public Affairs Director, joins ACTA with background in government affairs, media relations Christiane Theberge, President and CEO of the Association of Canadian Travel Agencies (ACTA), has announced that Alexander Surca has joined ACTA as its new director of public affairs. Surca brings to ACTA a background in government affairs, media relations and communications in Ottawa and Toronto. He has worked in politics at Queen’s Park and on Parliament Hill, as well as in communications within the private sector. Surca joins ACTA from NDMAC, where he has been manager of government affairs, responsible for member-related program delivery and government relations.

| ACTA CONFERENCE CALL ON NEW FINANCIAL RULES |
|
Information and discussion session to take place tomorrow afternoon, from 1PM-3PM EST ACTA invites all travel agents to participate in an information and discussion session via conference call tomorrow afternoon to address various concerns and issues about the New Financial Rules and the PAD agreement. The goal of the conference call is to discuss the aforementioned topics. In a media release from ACTA, it states that “ACTA spent spent a lot of time and energy negotiating the new financial rules and the PAD agreement and believes they represent excellent arrangements for Canadian travel agencies. The information session will allow travel agents to ask questions, raise concerns and make suggestions about these issues.”
