Air Canada Vacations is putting a little more Mexico to their product lineup, thanks to higher demand from Western Canadians. New year-round service to Puerto Vallarta International Airport (PVR) has been added from Vancouver International Airport (YVR) on Air Canada charter flights. Beginning this summer, ACV will offer year-round, non-stop flights departing from Vancouver on Sundays. The departure time will be 11:25 a.m., and will return from Puerto Vallarta at 5:25 p.m., giving travellers a full day before flying home. In November, the flights will depart on Saturdays, with similar flight times.  Additional destinations in Mexico will be added, beginning in late November 2007. The flights from Vancouver will fly to Cancun, Riviera Maya, Los Cabos and Ixtapa-Zihuatanejo. [Full text and pictures]
