| TRACKING MADE SIMPLE |
|
Princess enhances eTicket agent functions In response to travel agent feedback, Princess has added new functions to its Princess eTickets program, which will allow agents to monitor their clients' documentation process, and print out boarding passes for large groups through POLAR Online without the need to access each client's individual booking. The new features of Princess eTickets include two ways for agents to keep updated on which clients have completed the necessary pre-cruise documentation needed to sail. First, each day they will receive an email notification listing clients whose files have just been completed and can now be printed. Second, the line's POLAR Online booking system will offer an at-a-glance screen to show which passengers have completed their documentation, or what information is missing.
