Extreme Holidays demystifies the booking and registration process for travel agents Since starting in February, the staff who produce extremeholidays.ca have been fielding calls from confused travel agents. Gary Lightowler, President of Extreme Holidays, explains the confusion arose out of vague booking instructions: "The Travel Agent registration area used to display a message after the travel agent had registered of 'Thank you for registering. We will contact you soon.' This created a problem as agents were registering with us and then waiting for us to contact them. We have since changed the message the agent receives after they register with us to, "Thank your for registering your agency with Extreme Holidays. Your Agency is now ready to reserve your clients through the main search area located on our home page."
