CHILDREN'S WISH FOUNDATION KIDS MEET SANTA IN THE SKY
Air Transat supports foundation with festive flight and major donation collected from returning passengers through its Change for Kids program
Air Transat presents $752,654 cheque to Children's Wish
Dozens of children and their families had one of their holiday wishes come true this week as they were whisked off to the North Pole from Air Transat's Montreal hangar on a special flight in search of Santa. During the special 90-minute flight, organized by the Children's Wish Foundation and Air Transat, jolly old St. Nick surprisingly emerged from the cockpit bearing toys, joy and lots of laughter. In addition to the flight, the airline also presented the Foundation with a $752,654 cheque, courtesy of its passengers and employees.

FAIRMONT MEXICAN RESORTS HOST BABY SEA TURTLES
At the Fairmont Acapulco Princess and Fairmont Pierre Marques eggs are collected and protected in a special farm with 243 semi-natural nests located on the Fairmont grounds.  In 2004, 18,275 eggs were collected and 15,710 baby turtles were released.  Interested guests can choose to help return young turtles to the ocean.  Children who participate are given an adoption certificate displaying their turtle name of choice.
